Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these terms. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws governed and interpreted by the Republic of India.

If you are using the Service on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms of Use on their behalf. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to alter, improve, remove, or adapt any method, feature, or service offered on LawyerLinked at any time and without prior notice. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the Service immediately.

• No Liability for Legal Services: LawyerLinked is not responsible for the advice or services provided by lawyers listed on the platform.
• Varying Legal Opinions: You may receive different opinions for the same query.
• Informational Purpose: Content is for information only and may not reflect updates in law.
• No Attorney-Client Relationship: Communication with us does not create such a relationship.
• Definition of "Your Lawyer": Refers only to the lawyer you formally engage.

2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

• Age Requirement: Must be 18+.
• Account Information: You are responsible for submitting accurate information.
• Prohibited Conduct:
  • No abusive, defamatory, illegal communication.
  • No impersonation or misrepresentation.
  • No posting advertisements without permission.
  • No malicious attacks; liquidated damages apply.
  • No unauthorized data collection.
• Permissible Use: Use the service to connect with lawyers only.
• User-Generated Content: You are fully responsible for what you post.

3. Scope of Services and Disclaimers

• No Endorsement: Listings do not imply recommendation.
• No Guarantee of Suitability: We do not assure consultation outcomes.

4. User Profile and Records

• Your profile stores your consultation history.
• We may maintain or delete records per policy.
• You may receive service-related communication.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: All platform content belongs to LawyerLinked.
• Restrictions: Reverse-engineering or copying is prohibited.
• User Submissions: All rights automatically transfer to LawyerLinked.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is".
• We are not liable for third-party content.
• No guarantee of uninterrupted service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and defend LawyerLinked from any claims resulting from your actions.
